Even Mother Angelica and the nuns at the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Hanceville, AL, were in awe. This is INDEED, the Monstrance of all monstrances; the Ostensorium of all ostensoria. This is from the Cathedral of Seville as published on the New Liturgical Movement and the American Papist. When Father Bob Levis and I were at the Temple in Hanceville for its dedication and consecration, I teased Reverend Mother the night before by saying any priest who does benediction with her seven foot tall Monstrance will get a real hernia after lifting it up. She replied, "Father, NO ONE but God Himself will even touch that Monstrance, let alone pick it up." Then she gave her loving familiar wink of an eye and smile of the mouth.
